The Full Delegate Registration fee includes:
* all delegate materials (name tag, satchel, abstract book),
* lunch Thursday and Friday
* morning tea Thursday and Friday
* afternoon teas on Thursday
* the Expo opening drinks on Wednesday evening

The Day Registration fee includes:
* all delegate materials (name tag, satchel, abstract book)
* lunch for the specified day
* morning teas for the specified day
* afternoon teas for the specified day

A secure site is provided for registration online. All registrants are sent a confirmation email and tax invoice at the time of lodgement. Credit card payments can be made with visa, bankcard or mastercard; or alternatively payment can be made by cheque in Australian dollars. All online registrations are checked by the secretariat before any credit card authorisation is sought. It is impossible for the secretariat to charge the same registration twice if you inadvertently repeat the process. If there is any query they will contact you. ASN supports responsible use of on-line credit card transactions and reports suspected fraudulent activity to Federal police and the Immigration office.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of A$100 if made in writing before 15th May2009. No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty.

INSURANCE
The Registration fee does not include insurance of any kind and the Meeting Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.
